Google Voice Impressions
So I’ve had this Google Voice account for about three weeks now and I’m really loving it. Sure the interface is a little ‘plain-jane’, but once out of beta, I’m sure it’ll look amazing. Nifty little work around is being able to add my GV number to my “FaveFive” thingy through verizon and pass out my GV number. People call my GV# and are directed to my phone, and I suffer no repercussions for the minutes used. PsychoBabble-on all you want because I won’t pay a dime for it. L-M-F-A-O.
Another nifty feature is the Voicemail+. Transcribing (Although its screwed up a couple times, just because people sometime jumble their words) and Web Preview allow me to quickly get (not-so)Important messages on the fly from my desk at work or wherever. Booya!Not many cons, to say the least. Can’t get twitter updates, since its not able to text to the shortcode provided. Then again, why would I need it configured for GV… hmmmm. Other than that, no cons seen.
